AI-Driven MVP
AI-Driven MVP

It has never been easier to build software, and never easier to build too much, too early. Our AI-Driven MVP service gets the smallest credible version of the right product into customers' hands fast, so you can start learning from real behaviour instead of assumptions.
A small senior team of product, design and engineering leads joins you as one team. We use AI to remove the slow, repetitive parts of building, and keep experienced people in charge of every decision that matters after launch.
Clickable prototype in 1–2 weeks
Launch-ready MVP in 4–8 weeks
Analytics live from day one, so you know what to build next
Complete MVP development, in one team
1. Lean product thinking
We build the smallest product that can prove your business, not the biggest one your budget allows.
A locked first-release scope, with a written "not now" list
Clickable prototypes tested with real users before any engineering
Every feature tied to the assumption it needs to prove
Decisions based on what users do, not on the longest feature request list
2. AI-accelerated engineering
AI speeds up the building. Senior engineers own the judgement.
AI tools for scaffolding, repetitive code, tests and documentation
Senior review of architecture, security, data and integrations
Proven services for logins, payments, messaging and analytics, so we only custom-build what makes you different
Frequent releases you can see and click through every week
3. Built to launch, and to grow
An MVP that is ready for real customers, and does not need rebuilding when it works.
A technology stack chosen for your product, so you will not need to switch later
Functional, design and technical testing before every release
A deliberate launch: beta, soft launch or public release, chosen for the best learning at an acceptable risk
Analytics, a launch dashboard and a feedback loop, live from day one
Want AI features inside your MVP too, such as an assistant, smart search or automation? We build those as part of the product, proven on real examples before launch.
From idea to a live MVP
Step 1 — Scope
What exactly belongs in the first release, and what does not?
We turn your idea, or your Discovery Blueprint, into a clear plan: the primary user, the core job, the main workflow, the must-have features and how we will measure success. Everything else goes on the "not now" list.
You get: a one-page MVP brief, a locked release scope, user stories with clear "done" criteria, and a fixed price.
Step 2 — Prototype & Validate
Can users understand and complete the core experience?
We design the key flows and build a clickable prototype, then put it in front of real users. Confusing steps, wrong words and missing features show up here, where a fix takes hours instead of weeks.
You get: a tested clickable prototype, usability findings, and a lightweight design system.
Step 3 — Build
How do we get this into production fast, without creating a mess for later?
Engineers build with AI tools under senior review, to an agreed standard for code quality, security and data handling. You see working software every week.
You get: a production-capable MVP, with the integrations it needs.
Step 4 — Harden & Launch
Is it ready for real customers, and what is the safest way to release it?
We test everything that matters (functions, design, security, performance), then release through the right path: a private beta, a soft launch or a public launch, with a rollback plan if something goes wrong.
You get: a live product, a release plan, a support plan and app store submission where needed.
Step 5 — Measure
Is the product doing what we expected?
Analytics, a launch dashboard and a customer feedback loop are live from the first day. After launch we review what customers actually did, and sort the next actions into fix, improve, remove, test or build.
You get: a launch dashboard, a post-launch review and a prioritised backlog for the next release.
If you do not have a validated idea yet, we start one step earlier, with Product Ideation & Discovery.
Where AI speeds us up, and where it does not decide
AI handles | Senior people decide |
|---|---|
Scaffolding and boilerplate code | Architecture and how the system fits together |
Repetitive implementation | Security, logins and permissions |
Generating tests | How data is structured and protected |
Documentation | Which services to build and which to buy |
Debugging and refactoring support | What is good enough to release |
Prototype and design exploration | What goes in the MVP, and what waits |
The result is the speed of a much larger team, without an unreviewed codebase. When you later raise, hire engineers or bring in a CTO, they inherit a product they can build on, not one they need to rewrite.
Timelines and pricing
MVP Prototype | MVP Build & Release | Venture MVP | |
|---|---|---|---|
Covers | Steps 1–2 | All five steps | All five steps, in more depth |
Length | 1–2 weeks | 4–8 weeks | 6–12+ weeks |
Best for | Testing the experience, or showing investors, before full build | Most startups taking a validated idea to market | Fintech, marketplaces, AI platforms, regulated and complex products |
You get | Tested clickable prototype, design direction, revised scope | A live MVP with analytics and a launch dashboard | Everything in Build & Release, plus deeper security, compliance, integrations and a phased rollout |
Price (US$) | 8k–15k | 35k–75k | 75k–150k+ |
Fixed scope, four clear milestones, and payments tied to them: scope and prototype, design and build, testing and release, analytics and handover. Anything new mid-way is swapped for something of similar size, or agreed as a change before we do it.
Is this for you?
A good fit if you:
Know what you want to build and who it is for, and need it built properly
Are a non-technical founder without a senior engineering team, or not ready to hire one yet
Are a funded startup that needs speed to market
Are replacing a manual process with software
Have a weak prototype that needs rebuilding into something customers can rely on
Not the right fit if you:
Are still unsure whether the idea is worth building. Start with Product Ideation & Discovery
Need ongoing maintenance, bug fixing or developers by the hour
Want a large, fully featured platform in the first release
Frequently asked questions
What does "AI-driven" actually mean? Two things. First, we use AI tools to build faster: scaffolding, repetitive code, tests and documentation, all under senior review. Second, where it helps your product, we build AI features into the MVP itself, such as an assistant, smart search or automation, tested on real examples before launch.
How long does it take to build an MVP? A clickable prototype takes 1–2 weeks. A launch-ready MVP typically takes 4–8 weeks, and complex or regulated products 6–12 weeks or more.
How much does an MVP cost? A tested prototype costs US$8k–15k. Most MVPs cost US$35k–75k, and complex products such as fintech or marketplaces US$75k–150k or more. You get a fixed price once the scope is agreed.
What if I do not have a validated idea yet? Then building is the expensive way to find out. We recommend starting with Product Ideation & Discovery, which takes 3–10 days and tells you whether to build, change direction or walk away.
Will AI-written code be a problem later? Not when senior engineers own the decisions. Every important choice, including architecture, security and data, is reviewed by an experienced engineer, and the code meets an agreed quality standard. You get the speed of AI without an unmaintainable codebase.
Do I own the code? Yes. You own the code, designs and documentation from day one.
What happens after launch? You leave with a launch dashboard and a prioritised list of what to fix, improve or build next. You can continue with us through Iteration, Growth & Scaling, take it in-house, or have us help you hire your own engineering team.
The smallest product strong enough to prove your business
The goal is not to launch the biggest possible first version. It is to get a credible product into customers' hands quickly, learn from what they actually do, and invest in what the evidence supports.
